Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Service.
1. Bookings, Payments & Reservations
- All tour bookings must be made through our website, phone, or approved agents.
- Full payment or deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- Accepted payment methods include M-Pesa, bank transfer, and credit card.
- Once confirmed, your booking details will be emailed to you.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour will receive a full or partial refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
3. Travel Insurance
Travelers are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance covering accidents, illness, or lost items. Successful Tours is not liable for personal injuries, lost luggage, or other unforeseen events.
4. Responsibilities of Travelers
- Guests must follow local laws, regulations, and safety instructions during tours.
- Guests must provide accurate personal information during booking.
- Travelers are responsible for carrying valid identification, visas, and travel documents.
5. Minors
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Successful Tours is not responsible for unaccompanied minors.
6. Photography & Media
By participating in tours, you consent to being photographed or filmed for marketing or promotional purposes. You may request images to be removed by contacting us directly.
7. Changes to Tours & Itineraries
Successful Tours reserves the right to change tour itineraries due to weather, safety, or operational reasons. Major changes will be communicated, and affected travelers will be offered alternatives or refunds.
8. Limitation of Liability
Successful Tours is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (loss of profits, data, or personal injury). Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour or service. Travel is inherently risky; guests are advised to exercise caution.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including images, logos, and text, is owned by Successful Tours. Copying or using our content without permission is prohibited.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kenya after attempting informal resolution via contact with the Company.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Service ceases immediately.
12. “As Is” Disclaimer
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Successful Tours makes no guarantee that services will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be error-free.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will include 30 days’ notice where possible. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
